问EO的域名里某个url偶发报522 Connect origin timed out是安全组配置问题？

某个EO的域名上午请求某个API接口时候偶发报522 Connect origin timed out。是不是源站的安全组配置把EO的回源IP拒绝了，因为昨天通过https://api.edgeone.ai/ips?version=v4 配置过所有EO的回源IP地址到源站的安全组。
